This blog is an informal and interactive Reporter for the activities of the Philadelphia Area Polymer Clay Guild and its members. Our mission is to provide local resources (classes, education and community) for polymer clay artists in our area. We have a lot of fun doing it! You can learn more about our meetings, classes and how to join at our website: www.papcg.org.
My name is Sarah (yes, PCC’s DocSarah), and I will be doing most of the posting here, for now. I invite Guild Members to share their experiences of meetings and classes so we can keep a history viewed through many perspectives. I am the self appointed Guild Cheerleader.
I clay for fun… I am a physician full time (an anesthesiologist for a cancer hospital) and this is my expressive outlet. I don’t plan to advance the art of polymer clay through my own work, but I am delighted to be involved with this amazing group of artists.
I like working on the structure and function of the Guild to help make a fertile place for art to grow. Keep an eye on this blog and our website…. I think you will enjoy seeing things coming into bloom.
